Winning tix are claimed in person at the Open (October 2–4) by the winner only — they can't be transferred or picked up by someone else. The good news? Admission to the Open is free, so there's every reason to come hang out, play, and spend your winnings at the prize wall.

We'll contact you through the entry method that won. If we draw your Discord name, we'll tag you in our Discord winners post. Drawn from Facebook? You'll be tagged in our Facebook post. Email subscribers and event registrants will get an email. And every winner is posted right here on this page after the October 1 draw.

Do I have to buy anything to enter?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Every entry method earns the same entries whether you do it for free or as part of a paid event — buying never improves your odds. See the Official Rules for full details.
Do I have to pay to attend the Open?
Nope — admission to the Game Grid Open is free. Just grab your free ticket. Since prizes are picked up in person, it only makes sense to enter if you plan to come by.
Can I enter more than one way?
Yes, and we encourage it. Each method adds entries to your total: subscribe to email (5 entries), claim a free ticket (1), join Discord (1), follow on Facebook (1), and register for any event (1). Stack them up for the best odds.
How are winners chosen?
On October 1 we combine every entry from all methods into one list and draw winners at random using Random.org. The same person can't win twice — if a name comes up again, we re-draw that number.
How will I know if I won?
We'll reach out through whichever method won (Discord tag, Facebook tag, or email), and we'll post the full winners list on this page.
How and when do I claim my tix?
In person at the Game Grid Open, October 2–4, at the Mountain America Expo Center. Prizes must be claimed by the winner and can't be picked up by someone else or transferred. Pick up any time during the weekend.
What are “tix”?
Tix are tokens you redeem for product at the Game Grid Open prize wall — roughly 10 tix to $1 of retail value. They have no cash value and can only be used at the prize wall during the Open.
