This website and the Game Grid Open event are operated by Birds of Paradise LLC, DBA Game Grid Lehi (“Game Grid Open,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 400 Millpond Dr, Ste F, Lehi, UT 84043. By accessing or using this website (gamegridopen.com), purchasing a ticket or event entry, or attending the Game Grid Open, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend the event.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to make purchases on this site. If you are under 18, you may use the site and attend the event only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

2. Tickets, Events & Entries

We sell admission to the Game Grid Open, registrations for individual events and tournaments, and related products. Some events are free and some require a paid registration. Event details, formats, prize support, dates, times, and locations are subject to change or cancellation at our discretion. Where capacity is limited, registration is not guaranteed until payment is completed and confirmed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We strive to display accurate pricing and event information, but errors may occur. If a product or event is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that item, including after an order has been submitted. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; by submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, and to limit quantities, at any time.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, paid registrations may be requested for refund up until the end of the event date, after which refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or transfer for that event’s registration fee. Tickets and registrations are intended for the named purchaser; we may decline to honor entries that appear to be fraudulently obtained or resold.

6. Event Admission & Conduct

Admission to the Game Grid Open is a revocable license. By attending, you agree to follow all venue rules, posted policies, game-specific rules and rulings, and the instructions of event staff and judges. We may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, any attendee who is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, cheating, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or our code of conduct. You attend the event and participate in activities at your own risk.

7. Photography & Media

By attending the Game Grid Open, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and that your image or likeness may appear in such media. You grant us the right to use event photography and video for promotional purposes. Specific giveaway-related media terms are set out in the applicable giveaway rules.

8. Promotions & Giveaways

Any sweepstakes, giveaway, or promotion we run is governed by its own official rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where a conflict exists, the specific official rules for that promotion control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Game Grid Open name, logo, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission. Third-party game names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; Game Grid Open is an independent event and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those publishers unless expressly stated.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services (such as Discord, Facebook, and external forms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Disclaimers

The site, products, and event are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular event, prize, guest, or vendor will be available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birds of Paradise LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, your purchase, or your attendance at the event. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Birds of Paradise LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your conduct at the event.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
