Pack are divided up into tier system
A Tier
- Collector Boosters, Masters Boosters, Mystery Boosters, and Out of Print Draft Boosters from before 2012
B Tier
- Remastered Boosters, Non-Standard Boosters (Horizons, LotR), Out of Print Draft Boosters from the past 10 years
C Tier
- Standard Play Boosters, Recently Rotated Standard Draft Boosters

Each Sealed Pool will be semi-randomized to include:
1 A Tier Booster
1-2 B Tier Boosters
3-4 C Tier Boosters
